How to activate the allicin.

Activate the what? Allicin is an organosulfur compound found in our beloved garlic. While raw garlic can clear a room when consumed in excess, when this superfood is chopped (or sliced, or crushed…) allicin is activated supporting our white blood cells to fight infections, and stimulating immune cells which can potentially keep viral and bacterial infections at bay. Allicin has also been found to be heart healthy and studied for it’s noted ability to lower cholesterol.
