For the love of lemons.

The life of a lemon should be anything but sour. Plump, tangy, and full of zest, we want our lemons to shine through a sauce and brighten a dish…not fall flat. So what is the best way to store a lemon? On the counter? Sure if you are going to use it the same day.

But to truly make your bulk haul of lemons last, place them in a bowl with water (covering them halfway) and pop into the fridge. This trick will keep your lemons juicy for up to 3 MONTHS! You can also freeze the zest to use in recipes as needed. Bonus!

This tip also works for grapefruit and oranges. You’re very welcome.
